These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HerPMDD. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use HerPMDD.

Wellness service, not medical care

HerPMDD is a self-tracking and educational wellness tool and is not a medical device or healthcare provider. See our Medical Disclaimer for important details.

Founders pricing

The one-time Founders offer ($199) is limited to the first 100 members. Once all founder spots are claimed, pricing for new members automatically switches to a recurring monthly subscription. Founder access purchased before that point is honored as described at the time of purchase.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or use HerPMDD for any unlawful purpose.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
